I'm happy to report that the Outrageous Owl Tote is underway, even with just a few tentative first strokes of color. These collage designs are my favorites, as so much is going on. I feel like I'm revealing a little bit more of the puzzle as I paint!
By the way, did anyone else know that The Red Hot Chili Peppers' "Soul to Squeeze" was featured on the
Coneheads soundtrack?! I heard that on the radio today (along with the song) and thought it was weird. Guess I was too young at the time to realize. The song seems a little too poignant for the movie. Not that I'm knocking the Coneheads; I used to love watching the
Saturday Night Live reruns of the skit when I was a kid.
