Lemon (along with lime) JELL-O is often considered to be the outcast of the JELL-O flavor canon.  Admittedly, it can be hard to take without fruit or whipped cream or something to take the edge off.  But in the felt food world taste isn't an issue, freeing us to enjoy the pure unadulterated yellow of this mold facsimile.  Although turquoise is my favorite color to wear, yellow is my favorite color for almost everything else.  As a kid, I thought that no crayon drawing was complete without a spot of yellow to brighten it up.  I remember saying as much to a fellow preschooler, only to be met with a stony stare.  Later that day we joined forces, though, albeit to demand our teacher get us better Barbies.  Not my finest hour.
