You may have noticed that I have a guest star in the last outfit pic.  Ever since I first saw this "grunge character" (because yes, that's what he's called in the Microsoft Paint 3D image library), I knew I had to abduct adopt him.  I especially like how he's a husky ginger, that least menacing of alt-thug archetypes.  And although I know that "grungy" isn't the best adjective to describe looks featuring beaucoup Betsey, this icon of  '90s street style has found a home here.

At first, I put him in the tree, poised to pounce.  But then I thought, no, he's not chasing me -- he's the one trying to run away.  Maybe he's afraid of my shadow or my SHEIN necklace that boldly says CAUTION.  Or maybe he's scared because he's responsible for the broken windmill in the pink pants pic.  Remember that windy spring night when I risked life and limb to save it?  Well, since then a blade has gone missing -- and I think maybe Grungy's to blame.

Which leaves one thing to say:

Run, fat boy, run.

I love how you create the colorful backgrounds for your photos- so cheerful and uplifting. It makes me realize the effect that color has on our emotions- the bright yellow, hot pinks, blues, and greens make me feel happy.
My favorite outfit this week- the hot pink pants and yellow floral shirt and high wedge heels-

What a great last line! That last outfit is so me! Shoes included! Love the patterns you chose. Cool bags too!

It was breezy yesterday and then the rain came last night. Sorry to say, but our leaves are already falling. Are you back to craft shows? They seem to be in full throttle here. Although, I haven't gone to one. Yet, I have actually gone to Kohl's and so much Christmas, already.

And now we are at the last week of Halloween..I mean, October. Where did the month go? Suddenly, I remembered yesterday..gosh, I have to think of something to happen in November in my story blogs. Of course, not gonna a lie..I am quite the procrastinator. Hope you have a fun week. At least, I got around to using something in Ellie that my Co-worker told me.

Love your grunge! So whimsical! Lovely grape earrings too! Love your interesting grunge character. I will be looking out for "Where's Fatty?" from now on...=)

As of yet, I still can't put a face claim on these characters and especially, the people they meet in this story.

So love the stripes and of course the flowers in the prints. Some very cool attire..will you be going as Grunge Zombie, perhaps? Thanks so much for your comments!

Changes are coming..it's getting harder to find "Roman", but I do have a lot photos saved of him. Just recently, I found H&M models...=) I was so in hopes he was modeling for them. But no. I would write more, but I know I sound confusing already. Truly, it is interesting what people read into some of the stories I post.

A long time ago, I met a writer online who was sort of a mentor and she wanted us to write together as in something we took turns writing as in chapters. Unfortunately, she was going through a divorce and every character I would write for she would be so angry about and come up with stuff that wasn't even happening in the segments I was writing. Of course, we had a quit and we don't keep in contact anymore.

These are so beautiful! Love the style. So fun, too. Such a cute playful character too. I like your stories about him as well. The bag with the eyes..really caught my eye..=)

Oh, Jared and Angel aren't step-siblings. She is Sal's only daughter. Practically, his only family. I guess when I write about this wedding I am reminded of the potluck wedding I went to..which was a while ago now. Of course, when I look at some of the landscapes around here that are being taken over by developers I am reminded of some of the paintings that captured the encampments up on a flat mound. Naturally, I thought, I'm not sure these guys were that smart back then. Anyway, deep down, I probably have more faith in Jared than the reader...maybe.

Such a wonderful post! Love the title. I am hoping that little fellow is minding these days..=) Your wardrobe is so inspiring. Yes, if I could put together a Desperately Seeking Susan outfit I would be ready for New Year's too!

I am afraid I'm not going to get my "Spiritober" theme done, I might have to spread a few into November, but they have been fun. My drawings..um, not so fun.

When I young I think of the notebooks I used to have full of my fashion drawings. I went through a phase of horses too. I can't say I was that good, but there is something comforting in drawing. Now, I just can't get anything done without having to look at a picture..and it's still awful. While a co-worker just gets better and better. Of course, I am sure she will be our Maker's Space librarian soon. She has a way of making her own job while the rest of us..just do theirs. Anyway, I like to make collages.

On the top of my list my favorite book is "One Pill Makes You Smaller." Of course, it's about a girl who finds comfort in making collages from magazines, but when she soon finds out from her professor that it's not a real collage until you take your own photos. In last night episode 5 (I think) of Dali and the Cocky Prince the show is about an artist who turns trash into art.

But my favorite part is where Jared says/thinks that he's gotten to know Sal better through reading his fiction. That's one of the best compliments a writer -- and a human -- can get.❤❤❤ I'm so glad you said that.

What AMAZING outfits!!!! First off, that rainbow sweater is divine! And it goes PERFECTLY with your necklace, which is so fun and whimsical! I love the grape jelly earrings, and your fabulous Colorful Caverns Necklace - those crystals are mesmerizing! The squares are the perfect centerpiece, too. The Henrietta Heart Clips are adorable!! My favorite is the sunflower Delia's dress paired with the emoji bag and SHEIN necklace (I totally thought that necklace was your creation!!) The Sailor Swoon earrings are also super cute. I instantly recognized the windmill in the background and the brave story of you trying to save it! Lastly, the grunge character made me laugh because it looks so hilarious diving mid-air in the corner!!! I love how you gave him a backstory involving the windmill, LOL!

Thanks so much for your comment about Steve! and the ongoing saga of the Craftworld.

Oh, that's good about selling ONLINE. I used to go with a friend to CraftShows..just because..usually, at different high schools, but it seems they have grown so much..and more are cooperate, vendors, these days, add the pandemic and well..just not gonna.. I just had put in the little gest of Steve's problem since my co-worker told me this about himself. He's got so much going for him. And he's a wonderful co-worker in so many ways, but he has a hard time with days and nights. Oddly, we have another co-worker with the same problem. But he's an artist and once he's moved to work on a project..he just can't help himself and might work on something 3 days straight before realizing the time. He has gotten better. At least, he has a roommate now, but she can only do so much..sometimes.

As for Steve, I often wondered what kept him from being with Simon and now I finally know.

I so hope you are having a good week. Thanks for you input about "Pixie"

So to speak..I wanted to put the ball in her court. It is always interesting when someone tells you just a vague thing about someone which makes you want to know the real truth. Of course, what if Megan's wrong? Still, I feel Pixie has to make good choices too.

Damn, that last outfit pic! Socks and slip on brogues takes me back to the 80s. And I love the road closed necklace, so one of a kind!
