What can I say that I haven't already said about Halloween fashion?  Here it is, only mid-October, and in my mission to be pro-fall and therefore pro-spooky, I may have -- gulp -- eeked too soon.  But I suppose it comes with the cemetery territory and am okay with it if you are.

So. Today's trio of outfits includes only one new handmade necklace, namely the simple but nonetheless festive Halloween Hue.  There are some new store-bought ghoulish goodies, though.  I found the Betsey Johnson spider pendant and Piper K. sparkly spider barrettes in Marshalls a month ago.  I was super psyched about both until I realized that the spiders wouldn't show up in my hair.  No matter!  I just clipped them elsewhere, like good old Piper K. suggested on the package.  And now I can't imagine outfit number two without a rhinestone-encrusted arachnid crawling up the sleeve and belt.  Speaking of eight-legged lovelies, when I spied the Simply Vera spider necklace in Kohl's, it was the only one on the rack.  I couldn't help but wonder if it was a return.  Then again, who would part with such an elegant accoutrement?  Not me!  I plan to wear it year 'round with all sorts of  ensembles.

I be-weave it's what Charlotte of Charlotte's Web would've wanted.

Oh, so brave to wear those spiders! Such fun! Love those boots! So love your inspiration! & I love the mirror too! Adoring the necklace!🍁❤️🎃🖤❤️🍁 Thanks so much for reading those shorts! Yes, I went way back for some of these. While I was just looking for the zombie one which I will post on Wednesday. It is definitely sweater weather now. Thanks for reading and your comments. & I am feeling better, too. I wish I had waited on not getting the two shots at once, but it seemed Walgreens pushed to get it done and I got them both in the same arm too. I found out yesterday a co-worker's brother (who she has an apartment with) has COVID. She was really stressed. She always wears a mask. We are supposed to go on a road trip to Texas soon. Which I am dreading, but hopefully, all be well. Its just I am not used to changing up my schedule. All the best to your Autumn and the fun happenings!

Oh, what a great last line! You indeed add so much character to each outfit! Such great Halloween fashion & more! Oh, there is a chill now. And I live in a very old house, so it is cold..but we will see how long we can last before we turn on the heat. After all..it's only in the forties..and as the retired priest who comes to the library will tell me, I'm very hot blooded...which I don't think I have ever written about my tales with this Scottsman...(✿◡‿◡)

Still I am in a quandry with this trip of the horizon. I am not looking forward to a road trip to the border for many reasons. I hope to bring my laptop since it is well..sort of my office. Which means..getting a hotspot. We actually have some at the library. Although, many always have them on hold. I did purchase one at Wal-Mart from Straight Talk..although, I am putting off trying to use it just yet.

Of course, you know with this crazy mind of mine, I am thinking all sorts of bad things (which I do write about from time to time) Evidently, I rate high on anxieties according to a recent doctor's visit. But who doesn't, these days. Meanwhile, I just keep writing. & I decided to bring Junie and Amy into the circle thanks to listening to co-workers stories. Thanks for being here and being you!

You have really outdone yourself with the Halloween theme! What a great post. I love the purple in the Halloween Hue. The lacy stockings really pop with the yellow and black boots! Love your pose on the black and white steps that match your black and white skirt- so clever. I have to say that I am intrigued with the spider web purse. You are so ready for Halloween. We will be in leaving for Florida in about a week so we haven't decorated at all..

So many Halloween goodies in this post!!! 💜💚🖤 Firstly, I am loving your Halloween Hue necklace! The bright green cubes are so fun (reminds me of Jell-O; what a perfect Halloween food treat!). Your outfits are spooktacular, and I totally adore what you did with the spider clips! It's the perfect mix of creepy-cute. What marvelous eight-legged finds and a web of fashion fun! 🕷

Gotta have something horror-y and spiders do the trick.
