Late last night I was on the lookout for some interesting new shoes and happened upon an unlikely cache of costumey candidates from Kohl's. Marketed as the finishing touches for Halloween get-ups, these online-exclusive kicks could double as conversation pieces to wear with dresses, jeans, or whatever (even if they are a little pricey in the $40-$50 range).
