Today's post title means this: How are you, Halloween?  Feeling festive, or bogged down by seasonal allergies?  But if you remove the comma, then it means this: How do you do, that is, spend Halloween?  The rest of this post is my answer.

I have no new handmade accessories, but rather the best of Tote Trove spooky style. One thing is as new as last week; the rest I've had for years.  Here it is mixed with my mass-produced treasures on my church bench, decked out for All Saints-slash-All Souls Day:

And now on to my Out of Print "Fight Evil, Read Books" tee (which, yes, in the outfit pic looks like it says "boo" instead of "books" in the happy accident of my hand.  Just had to hog that hip, lefty, huh?).

When I saw this tee, I was like, Halloween as a force for good -- in the name of reading.  I love that!  I also love Out of Print's retro library card tags:

The names make me wonder if these people are real and if so, are they still alive?  Take Bob Falcone. Maybe he had a fatal pumpkin carving accident since he checked out 101 Ways to Woo Your Cousin instead of How to Carve a Pumpkin.  What's he up to this Halloween?  Haunting a library?  Or surprising people, Psycho style, in the shower?

On that unsettling note, have a safe and happy Halloween.  Steer clear of razor blade Reese Cups.

And Bob.

Oh, I so love your tee about Fighting Evil! Such fun! Love the library card too! Awesome Halloween must be on it's way. Such vibrant colors! Hope you have had some fun already.

I did a little housework and I might need a nap now. Of course, last minute..I got this inkling to start "Another Amber and Max" This time they don't live in England. It's a story based on a recurring dream I have had over the years. But at my grandmother's farmhouse. I'll post at Ivy's Closet on Fridays in November..well, that's the plan anyway...

Wishing you lots of goodies and hopefully a sugar rush won't be too bad.

Your Halloween looks are adorable!!! I love the black cat bag, paired with your starry tights and jacket! The "Fight Evil Read Books" shirt is awesome and I love the illustration on it (along with your fun Halloween characters accompanying you in the pic!) The Halloween Candy barrette is one of my favorites you've done! And woohoooo, what a pleasure it is to see my ring on your hand! The orange and black striped tights and your double barrettes are the epitome of what Halloween fun looks like in my opinion - definitely my favorite outfit of the bunch! I love your cute hairstyle with the yellow sweatshirt and spooky Betsey Johnson bag. Last but not least, your photo of treasures is super gorgeous! And the library card tag is totally cool, along with the wistful wonder of what happened to Bob Falcone (101 Ways to Woo Your Cousin made me laugh!!!) I'm happy to see you had a fun Halloween. ❤️

I love that spiderweb bag! Sadly, I need a bag more the size of a pterodactyl. I like to carry my life with me. It gives me comfort. I think I do more for Halloween as an adult than I ever did as a child. I don’t think I enjoyed it as much as a child as I do now. I love getting out all of my Halloween dishes and setting a fun table. I can see that you like the same, only embellishing yourself. Well done!

Your Halloween outfits are they best! Can't believe you found those crazy tights at Marshalls (my favorite place to shop). I remember the days when we had those library cards- It really does seem antiquated by todays standards.

Noe I've got Janet Jackson's Black Cat in my head thanks to that cat bag. And I love Out of Print, I get a lot of Nancy Drew stuff from them.
