December means decking the halls, and what's a necklace if not a neck garland? So I channeled my inner elf and made these two necklaces all about snowflakes and Santa (Santa, I know him!). The snowflake one, a.k.a. Winter Wonderland, makes me think of my Great Aunt Celeste's beautiful blue Christmas decorations. She put blue Christmas balls in her wineglasses and a mirror under her Christmas tree to look like a lake, and I was enchanted. The Santa one, a.k.a. Neon Noel, is your classic Claus gone glam. Deep down I always thought that those mall St. Nicks would've been more festive in hot pink and rhinestones.
And festive is the name of the game when it comes to Christmas parties and punches. Because as George Costanza's father once wisely said, it's a Festivus for the rest of us.
Which has nothing to do with what I just said. But what the hell -- if calories don't count during December, then neither does reason.
Keep it festive, people.

Oh, I love the blue Christmas one! Such great neck garland! And who doesn't like festivus? I have to admit my boss is finally watching Seinfeld. Oh such festive necklaces! I'm definitely feeling I should have done some serious Christmas shopping earlier. Still, it's just a guilt trip...
I hope you are doing well. Just cold here. But not too cold. Although, snow is said to be on the way. But it might miss us.
Thanks so much for being here and being so inspiring. Thanks for reading too. I hope your Christmas countdown is going well!
Yes, we must remember Festivus and all that comes with it..like Ugly sweaters and cheesballs! I dunno I feel I just put on my pajamas for things like this nowadays.
Thank you so much for your comments. Hopefully, I'll have the sad parts wrapped up and will move on to better times. But first, you'll have to find out who Daniel is yet not to be confused with Dan.
We are having a Secret Santa this year. I am trying to stop myself from giving anymore gifts at work. Although, there is my boss and I usually like to give the shelves something and of course, there is Byron and Karl. I have to give them a little something too. Which might end up being just a sock creature. And of course, the so-called Jason Biggs who just started. Although, I am not sure what his face actually looks like. Oh, how Christmas multiplies.
All the best to your holidays🤞🎄🎁
These are so cool! Lovely work! I love the idea of neck garland!
Thanks for reading and commenting. Well, I know from time to time I have met some who I was never who they expected me to be. It is funny how we do know only certain sides of people. And of course, it will be interesting to see how acceptive Deano is to Roman's new love interest. And of course, Eddie. Naturally, I have plans for Rico, but still I do want to get to some stories with some I have hardly mentioned and naturally, what's up with Pixie and Cyrus.
Thanks again! I so love your wit and writing too!
Great post
Thank you for your comment about Lenny. I had been thinking a long while about Lenny. Especially, how he grew up. Although, I think Jay and Lenny will always have a conflict. Of course, I wasn't sure if I wanted to tell Lenny's story, but I'm glad I got up the nerve to do it. Yet, I had made him pretty evil when I was writing about him and Ivy. Oh, if only I could be a screenwriter, and yet I have to wonder how many great screenplays are in a volt somewhere never getting to be played out.
Oh, the Christmas count down is here and I don't know if I really want to do all that much. I don't mean to sound depressed. But sometimes, I think we make more out of it than we should. Really, it is a time for caring not checking off Christmas lists.
I hope you are doing well and those Christmas outfits of yours are getting some picture taking.
Thanks again! Thank you for your inspiration❤
Oh, Thanks so much for your comments about Max & Amber❤ One might wonder if the night will ever be over.
The Christmas challenge has been fun. But then again, I've made a lot of it up as I go along. So I am sure there are more traditional holiday standards.
& thanks for looking at ON TOUR too. Oh, DOLLS KILLS is so inspiring!
Happy Holidays! Here's to more Hot Chocolate and fun!
I looooooove this post!!! It is filled with so much Christmas-y goodness! First off, I am in love with your Winter Wonderland Necklace! I've always been drawn to wintry colors like blue/white/silver together, and your necklace perfectly encapsulates what I imagine a Winter Wonderland would look like color-wise. It also makes for an amazing photo with your fuzzy scarf! And you can't beat the traditional red and green combo of your Neon Noel Necklace; I love the vintage Santa cameo! Your snowman sweater is adorable, too! You definitely know how to bring on the Christmas cheer, and I totally agree - calories don't count during December! ;) Lastly, your great aunt's decoration sounds super enchanting and creative!
No matter which necklace your wear, you will be all decked out for Christmas. I like the blue theme with the snowflake and the Christmas sweater with all the snowmen. The Seinfeld show had so many memorable sayings and characters. I remember festivus well.
So pretty. I love it so much.
So love the holiday feel of those necklaces. I hope all is well! Trying to beat the snow...here. Yes, a few more things on my list to find.
I so love that blue necklace. Some great creativity, indeed! Such a fun post. Wishing you a great holiday season!
Thanks so much for dropping by. Here's to lots of fun times during the holidays! May you enjoy dressing up for each moment!
Cute. Get festive, I say.
