You too! Yes, a common thread does seem to run through the Handeyisms. I read yours too. That's interesting about the book by the Laura Ingalls Wilder enthusiast. I enjoyed the Little House books too, although I was always more of an Anne of Green Gables fan. Sorry to hear that the reading didn't live up to your expectations.
