Sometimes even I don't feel like getting dressed up -- or, quite frankly, getting out of my PJs. And that's where the flat lay comes in! Today seemed like a good time to do a few -- with a nod to mid-century-modern-merry-slash-nifty-fifties-Noel. These girly styles make me think of a simpler time. You know, before feminism, instant oatmeal, and the internet.
Maybe the fifties weren't quite so nifty.
Now excuse me while I go make a JELL-O mold with leftover Christmas crab cakes.

Oh, I am wondering about the JELLO mold now...(●'◡'●) Such lovely outfits. Adoring the shoes and those ornaments too. 💖💖💖💖💖 I guess we are in a warm-up or maybe a meltdown..now..ugh..it still feels cold out there. But Rain today..which I hope doesn't mean flooding. Oh, what bad weather last week we had. Thanks for your comments. Although I just went with Alfie this past week or so..hopefully, I can touch base with a few other characters soon. And of course, Nora and Gage too. It's been pretty mellow at work. Unfortunately, two co-workers have had to quit to find better jobs. Their significant others lost their jobs over the holidays. It's sad to see them go, but hopefully, they find what they need.

Very mid-century modern!!! Your candle brooch in the first outfit is so stunning! It brings out the blue in the skirt. And, the second outfit is fabulously fifties; the earmuffs are a cute touch! Love the old-school look of the ornaments and the clutch. I remember your epic octopus JELL-O mold from last year - that was a showstopper!

One day last week I just stayed in my pjs and watched Netflix all day! Jell-o mold is definitely from my growing up era. No party was complete without one! Cute outfits.
