Now that we're into November, it's finally starting to feel like fall. And not just because it's cooler and leaves are actually falling from the trees. But because Halloween is behind us, with Thanksgiving just around the corner. So, wearing gold and boots and leaf-themed things feels less like a bit and more like real life. I even busted out last year's Thanksgiving dress and made a new leaf barrette complete with a crescent moon. And you know what? It turns out that autumn, although not my usual cup of tea, is very colorful. And also very nice.
So, welcome fall! I'm finally happy that you're here.

Oh, such lovely boots! Such creativity with those leaves too! Wonderful fall outfits! I'm afraid it feels like winter here. 19! this morning. I was actually hoping for snow because we really need the moisture. Actually, yesterday was weird as the cold front rolled in. I had moisture on the windows of the car, but inside now outside. Freaky weather we are having. Meanwhile, you put me to shame..in my dark sweaters and all here. But then again, my boss lady likes it that way. I'm a little scared to show up in my emerald wig. Yes, most of the leaves are on the ground or blowing in the unstoppable wind as of late here. I did made one birthday cake. I gotta say I thought I was going to faint when I saw the price of flour and sugar. Oh, this is going to be an expensive Thanksgiving! Thanks for reading and hopefully, I will get to Thanksgiving in the story too. But I do enjoy writing about the sorted bunch.

Adoring your Autumn looks! Oh, how I want those boots! Such great leaf berets (Why is it I can never spell that right?) too. Fantastic with your outfits! I am hoping you are having a beautiful autumn. This year has flown by. Of course, I still have a few qualms about the time change. It seems I want to go to bed later and wake up earlier..what is up with that? Still I am managing to get in that writing. Now if I would just get my kitchen in order..oh well, another day for that. Meanwhile, I do have to find some time today to make another birthday cake for tomorrow. I had really good luck with the chocolate sheet cake..unfortunately, maybe baking it in an actual cookie sheet is a bad idea. I don't guess my oven is level, a corner spilt and of course the fire alarm went off. Oh, my adventures in cooking. 🍂💕🍂💕 Happy November!

What a perfect fall post!!! Your outfits are very fall-esque, and your foliage barrette and *new* Harvest Moon barrette are the perfect accessories! You're right; autumn is very colorful in its own right. The golden hue of your dress and blue tights are the cutest color combo! My favorite of the bunch is the blue/red floral top with the jean skirt and gold tights with the red shoes. It is such a cool combination of colors and flows together stunningly! Last but not least, the way you ended the post with the photo of you next to the beautiful red door, with your words of "So, welcome fall! I'm finally happy you're here", sends the message clearly. :)
These outfits are all blow aways- love them and despite being in hot sunny Florida, I can defiantly tell that the temperatures back home are cooling off and your outfits look warmer and more fall like. Absolutely love the two purses: one that is white and the other looks like a rainbow. I do love yellow so the bright yellow tights, yellow bracelet and yellow headband and yellow doormat really call out to me. Gotta Love that bold red door!!
